We are open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM and 24/7 online with virtual tours.

5. Are you pet-friendly?
Yes, we LOVE pets! certain breed restrictions (apply), please speak with our onsite team for details. We also have a dog park and dog wash to keep your fur babies fit and clean!
6. How can I start working in the co-working space?
Simple, contact our onsite leasing team and they will welcome you to the semi-private co-working work from home spaces.
7. How do I pay rent, and how are later fees addressed?
You can locate the resident portal on our main website at liveesperanza.com , clicking the “resident portal” link located on the top right of the webpage, it will prompt you to login, allowing you to pay rent online.
8. What is the community’s guest policy?
We welcome you to enjoy your home and understand that at times you may have a guest stay with you. Keep in mind that if your guest is going to be staying longer than 14 consecutive days, you must notify the on-site team if you’re going to have a long-term guest. The policy is outlined in your lease as well, please make sure you abide by our lease terms and community policies so that you don’t violate your lease terms agreement inadvertently.
9. WHERE WILL I PARK MY CAR?
Our Studios through 2 bedrooms will be receiving 1-parking space that is included in the monthly rent. Our 3 bedroom will be receiving 2 parking spaces that are included in the monthly rent.
10. How do you handle emergency repairs?
